Listed below are delivery details for Swan, the service level offered, and the prices charged.
UK Mainland Only
Swan now offer a number of delivery services catered for you:
Standard Delivery – Free on All orders over £50 – otherwise the charge will be £3.99. This excludes bulky items.
Next Day Delivery – £4.99 on all orders excluding bulky items. Order has to be made before 2pm – however Swan can not guarantee the delivery.
Order by 2pm for delivery to the UK Mainland within 48 hours – please note this excludes weekends. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday. (Please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service and that orders containing multiple or large items may take longer to arrive.
48 hour delivery excludes large appliances and bulky items instead, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery slot.
48 hour delivery excludes spares (e.g. filters) instead, these items will be dispatched via Royal Mail.
Highlands, Islands and ROI
For Highlands, Islands and ROI please check with us prior to ordering as shipping charges vary dependent on size/weight and destination
We can not ship to business address & all orders for these will be refunded & cancelled
Swan Dispatch Policies:
Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline Swan ships all items within one working day of receiving your order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Coffee Delivery:
When your coffee arrives with you, our goal is for it to arrive as fresh as possible- ‘cause you deserve the best. The coffee we sell through our website originates from Collab Coffee- here’s how it works.
Collab Coffee process your coffee orders every morning before 6:30am and don’t waste a second in getting your coffee to you, working to a daily roast schedule. With any orders placed before 8am (Mon-Thurs), CC will aim to dispatch the very same day.
Any coffee orders placed after 8am on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched with their available couriers within 48 hours during working days, as they do not offer weekend delivery.
Please be aware that when ordering coffee alongside a non-coffee item, you will receive two separate tracking orders and that your products may arrive at different times. Either way, we’ll get it to you as quickly and safely as we can.
Swan Nordic 5 Piece Knife Blocks Delivery:
Please be aware that the Swan Nordic 5 Piece Knife Block (SWKB1060GRYN) may take up to three working days to arrive due to the nature of the item. Please note that we cannot deliver our Swan Nordic 5 Piece Knife Block to Northern Ireland (NI) or highland regions- this includes BT postcodes.
Our Knife Block is not available for sale to anyone under the age of 18. A signature and photo identification will always be required on delivery to ensure this process is followed. This information is also clearly stated on our Swan Nordic 5 Piece Knife Block product page.
The Knife Block is for responsible and appropriate use only. If a person over the age of 18 is not available to receive/sign for the Knife Block at the specified address, or if the person available does not show valid photo identification: the item will be returned for re-delivery. UPS will make three attempts at re-delivering the Knife Block to the stated address. After the third attempt, the item will be returned to us and you will receive a full refund.
UPS will use a ‘Challenge 25’ approach when requesting photo identification. Photo identification will be required if the receiver appears under 25 to prove that they are 18+ years of age. The Knife Block will only be delivered to the address stated on the shipping label but can be delivered to another adult over the age of 18 at the same address. There is no option to deliver the Knife Block to a neighbour or nominated safe place.
