
- 500g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved vertically
- 2 slices of back bacon or pancetta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
- Salt and cracked black pepper
STEP 1
Add the sliced sprouts, bacon, olive oil and seasonings to a large bowl. Ensure the ingredients are completely glazed.
STEP 2
Simply pour the bowl contents into your Swan Air-fryer.
STEP 3
Set at 180 for 10 minutes. Give the basket a shake half-way through.
STEP 4
Serve hot with your favourite seasonal meal!
