
- 1kg stewing beef
- 1 large can beer
- 18 stoneless prunes
- 6 tablespoons strong beef stock
STEP 1
Marinade the beef in the stock and beer overnight.
STEP 2
Place the meat, marinade and prunes into the Swan Slow Cooker.
STEP 3
Cook on HIGH for 6 hours, on LOW for 8 hours or on AUTO for at least 6 hours.
STEP 4
Serve and enjoy!
