- 1 rib-eye steak
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- ½ red onion, diced
- 4 dill pickles, thinly sliced
- 60g cheddar, sliced
- 4 hot dog buns
STEP 1
Preheat your Stealth Smart Grill using the steak setting. Once the grill is up to temperature, season the steak with salt on each side, then place it on the grill and close the lid. (If you don’t have a grill, you can fry the steak in oil in a very hot pan.)
STEP 2
Remove the steak, then place your sliced green peppers on the grill for 2-3 minutes to sear.
STEP 3
Slice the steak thinly then add to the buns and cover with the peppers and sliced cheese. Place the buns under the grill in your oven until the cheese has melted.
STEP 4
Sprinkle over your diced onion and sliced pickles, and serve immediately.
