
- 150g Granulated Sugar
- 75 g Brown Sugar
- 230g Cup Butter (softened)
- 2 Large Eggs (beaten)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 300g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 2 Bars Chocolate (broken) or Chocolate Chips
STEP 1
Mix together the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
STEP 2
Add the beaten eggs.
STEP 3
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, soda and salt.
STEP 4
Add to two mixturers and stir well until blended.
STEP 5
Stir in the chocolate pieces.
STEP 6
Drop portions of the mixture from a large spoon onto greased baking paper, making sure to leave space in between each cookie.
STEP 7
Bake for about 10 minutes at 160C.
STEP 8
Leave to cool on a rack before eating.
