
- 2 slices thick white bread
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 150g ham hock
- 80g camembert
- 2 tbsp. red onion chutney
STEP 1
Preheat your grill.
STEP 2
Evenly butter your bread on one side of each slice.
STEP 3
Place one slice of bread, butter side down onto the grill.
STEP 4
Grab your ham hock and place this on top of the bread, along with the chutney and a few slices of camembert.
STEP 5
Top this with the second slice of bread, butter side facing the grill plate. Close the lid and grill this for up to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and you get that golden colour on your bread.
STEP 6
