Grilled Yorkshire Pudding Wrap

English Yorkshire Pudding Wrap Recipe

  • 2 giant Yorkshire puddings
  • 1 large chicken breast, roasted, sliced
  • 4 rashers smoked streaky bacon, cooked
  • 4 chipolata sausages, cooked
  • 150-200g ready-made stuffing
  • 1 small carrot, cooked, sliced
  • 6-8 green beans, cooked
  • Few spoons of gravy for each

STEP 1

Preheat your grill to its maximum setting.

STEP 2

Lay your giant Yorkshire Puddings out on a plate or board.

STEP 3

Grab your stuffing, carrots and peas, bacon, sausage and the roast chicken and layer them up in the centre of the Yorkshire pudding. Top this with gravy.

STEP 4

Grab the edges and fold them into a wrap shape.

STEP 5

Grill this wrap with the fold side down so the Yorkshire pudding will not unravel.

STEP 6

When it is crispy on the outside and hot on the inside it is okay to serve! Cooking times is dependent on how stuffed the pudding is! Serve immediately and enjoy.
