  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric, fresh
  • ½ tbsp Ginger Root, fresh
  • 1⁄8 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Superfood Essentials Vanilla Plant-Based Protein (optional)


Use your blender and mix ALL your ingredients until the texture is smooth.
