
- 150g frozen blueberries
- 50g kale, stalks removed
- 1 apple, cored
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
- Zest of 1 lemon and juice of half
- 250ml almond milk
STEP 1
Put all the ingredients, apart from the milk, into a food processor or blender.
STEP 2
Blitz until everything is ground down then pour in the milk until combined.
STEP 3
Serve over ice.
