Mixed Berry Jam with the Swan Bread Maker

- 3 cups frozen mixed berries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp pectin
Thaw the frozen berries in a bowl.
With the help of a fork, smash the berries.
Add the smashed berries to the Swan Bread Maker.
Add sugar, lemon juice, and pectin.
Set the bread maker to the Jam set. The typical setting will take about 75 to 80 minutes.
Sterilise a glass jar and lid in the meantime.
Once the timer goes off, pour the hot jam into the jar.
Let the jam cool for 45 to 60 minutes at room temperature.
Keep in the refrigerator.
