  • 180 grams rolled oats
  • 150 grams dates
  • 120 grams low-fat butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 40.3 grams of dried apricots, roughly chopped
  • 40.3 grams of chopped hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 40.3 grams of raisins

STEP 1

In a food processor bowl add pitted dates and process until you get a sticky mixture.

STEP 2

Take it out in a large bowl. Add low-fat butter, maple syrup and mix well until the butter melts.

STEP 3

Add dried chopped apricots, chopped hazelnuts, raisins, and mix well.

STEP 4

Lastly, add rolled oats and mix well.

STEP 5

Line a square baking tin with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the tin, and using the back of a spoon, level the top.

STEP 6

Place the baking tin in a preheated oven at 375-degree F for 15 to 20 minutes or until it gets a golden colour.

STEP 7

Remove the baking tin from the oven and let it cool down. Cut it into equal squares and store it in air tight container.
