
- 15 Dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter, creamy, unsalted
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Oats, rolled, gluten-free
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
STEP 1
Put the dates in a bowl of water for 5 hours. After this time, remove the dates and drain the water.
STEP 2
In your blending cup, add the dates, peanut butter and vanilla extract with the 2tbsp of water and blend the mixture until the texture is perfectly smooth.
STEP 3
Use an oven tray and parchment paper to segregate the mixture accordingly. Use a scoop to portion it out evenly and then freeze the mixture for half an hour.
STEP 4
Roll into balls and enjoy your energy bites!
