
- 2 cups milk
- 140g white chocolate broken into small pieces
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Crushed candy cane to serve
- Whipped cream to serve
STEP 1
Add milk to a pan on medium heat. Add the chocolate and mix. Keep whisking till the chocolate melts.
STEP 2
Add vanilla extract and peppermint extract and mix.
STEP 3
Remove the hot chocolate from stove top and pour into serving cups.
STEP 4
Top the hot chocolate with whipped cream and crushed candy canes.
STEP 5
Serve with a stick of peppermint cane on the side.
