
- 150g potatoes
- 150g leeks
- 500ml water
- 1 x vegetable stock cube
- 1 clove garlic
- 100g onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- single cream (optional)
STEP 1
Dice veg into 1cm cubes and add to the jar.
STEP 2
Finely chop garlic and add to the jar with a splash of olive oil.
STEP 3
Crumble stock cube into the jar.
STEP 4
Add water without going past the 1.2L mark on the jug.
STEP 5
Select CHUNKY preset.
STEP 6
Serve with swirl of fresh cream added to bowl.
