- 1 Banana
- 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter, no added salt
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Protein (choose your favourite: vegan or non-vegan)
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1/2 cup Ice
