1 jar sauerkraut if you can’t find this in your local supermarket you could use just cabbage
1 package cream cheese
200g shredded cheese, any you prefer
200g shredded cooked corned beef
32 g of salad dressing

STEP 1

In a slow cooker, combine the sauerkraut, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, corned beef and thousand island dressing.

STEP 2

Cover, and cook on high for 45 minutes if you're in a hurry, low for longer if you're not, or just until hot and cheese is melted. Stir occasionally while cooking. Serve with rye bread or crackers.
