
- 2 slices malted grain loaf
- 1 tin tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 50g mature cheddar cheese
STEP 1
Preheat your grill.
STEP 2
Grab yourself a bowl and pour in the tuna along with the mayonnaise and mix thoroughly, seasoning to taste.
STEP 3
Set this to one side and evenly butter one side of each slice of bread.
STEP 4
Lay one slice with the butter-side down onto the grill.
STEP 5
Add the mixture onto the bread, along with the cheddar cheese (grated). Add an appropriate portion for the sandwich in order to avoid any spills.
STEP 6
Top this off with the second slice of bread, butter side towards the grill plate.
STEP 7
Cook this for around 5 minutes until the texture of the bread and cheese is perfect.
STEP 8
Serve and enjoy!
