  • 200g new potatoes, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 80g green beans
  • 1 romaine lettuce, washed and separated
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 anchovies
  • 200g tinned tuna steak, drained
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

STEP 1

Fill a large pan with water and place it over a high heat until the water is boiling. Our Swan Retro 3 Piece Saucepan Set offers you a choice of sizes to use and comes in a range of colours, with its eye-catching striped design sure to add a stylish touch to any kitchen.

STEP 2

Add the potatoes and eggs to the pan and cook for 7 minutes. Then, scoop out the eggs and replace them with the green beans. Cook for a further 4 minutes.

STEP 3

Drain into a colander and run under cold water until fully cooled. Leave to one side while they dry.

STEP 4

Peel the eggs and quarter them. Place the lettuce leaves in two shallow bowls, then add the beans, potatoes, tomatoes, and eggs. Finally, add the anchovies.

STEP 5

Using a fork, break the drained tuna into small flakes, then scatter it over the salad.

STEP 6

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and 1 tbsp of cold water. Mix together and then pour it evenly over the salad.
