- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 40g dark chocolate
- 175ml plant-based milk (I used oat)
- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used maple syrup)
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
STEP 1
Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over a pot of near-boiling water, stirring until melted (reserving 1/4 chocolate for later if desired)
STEP 2
Add chopped pieces of the avocado, plant milk, cacao powder & sweetener to your choice to your blender
STEP 3
Blend on speed 2 for 4 minutes, off and on until or until fully combined
STEP 4
Pour into a bowl, stirring in the cacao nibs and remaining dark chocolate chunks for a crunchy texture (optional)
STEP 5
Refrigerate & serve at a cool temperature. Goes great as a dipping for fruit or just eaten straight out of the pot with a spoon!
