Kefir Breakfast Smoothie

Smoothie recipe

  • 300ml kefir
  • 200ml fresh orange juice
  • 1 large mango, stoned and chopped
  • 2cm piece ginger, finely grated
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or to taste

STEP 1

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until completely smooth. Add a little more ginger, turmeric and honey to your taste preference.

STEP 2

Pour into two chilled glasses and serve. Can be stored in a covered jug in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
