  • 3 cups rhubarb, diced
  • 4 ½ tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

STEP 1

Wash the rhubarb. Dice the rhubarb into equal pieces; about ½ inch will work.

STEP 2

Add the pieces to a bowl. Add 1/3 cup of white sugar, 1 ½ tbsp all-purpose flour, and a pinch of cinnamon. Toss so that the pieces are well coated.

STEP 3

Place the pieces in a baking pan and spread them evenly. Set the baking pan aside.

STEP 4

In another bowl, add the rolled oats, 2/3 cup of brown sugar, ¼ tsp cinnamon, 3 tbsp all-purpose flour and butter.

STEP 5

Using a fork, mash the butter and mix the ingredients well until you get a crumble. Layer this mixture evenly over the rhubarb pieces.

STEP 6

Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 375-degree f for about 35 minutes or until the rhubarb pieces are tender and get a golden color.

STEP 7

Take the baking tray out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite ice cream. Enjoy!
