- 6 sausages of your choice
- 6 rashers of bacon
- 1 can of baked beans
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes, you can also used plum tomatoes
- 50g chestnut mushrooms, chopped in quartered
- 4 eggs
- 15g butter
STEP 1
Add the baked beans, tomatoes, eggs, and chopped mushrooms into separate mugs
STEP 2
Beat the eggs with a fork and season with salt and pepper. Add 8g of butter
STEP 3
Add the remaining butter to the chopped mushrooms
STEP 4
Place the mugs in the center of your slow cooker and arrange the sausages around the sides of the slow cooker. Roll the rashers of bacon and place them along the sides of the slow cooker as well
STEP 5
Turn your slow cooker to high and cook for 3-4 hours
STEP 6
Serve and enjoy with buttered toasts and a cup of tea or coffee
