- 200g chocolate chips (Milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate, or combination)
- 200g sweetened condensed milk
- 7g unsalted butter
- ½ tbsp vanilla essence
STEP 1
Add unsalted butter, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk in a slow cooker.
STEP 2
Turn the slow cooker on and select low. Make sure you don't place the lid.
STEP 3
Let the mixture cook for about an hour. Make sure you stir every 15 minutes is that everything is well combined.
STEP 4
Meanwhile, grease a 4x4 baking tin and line it with parchment paper.
STEP 5
Once the time is up, take the mixture out of the slow cooker and pour it into the tin.
STEP 6
Let it sit for 5 minutes. Place it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or until it hardens.
STEP 7
Take it out of the tin and cut it into squares using a sharp knife. Serve
STEP 8
Note: Heat the knife to cut the fudge with ease.
