Air fryer halloumi fries

- 500g halloumi
- 60g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 60ml milk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
Cut the halloumi into thick slices.
Add the milk to a shallow bowl and crack in the egg. Whisk until they are fully combined.
On a plate, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder and salt.
Dip each slice of halloumi into the wet mix, then into the dry mix. Make sure it’s completely coated on each side!
Preheat your air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius
Add the breaded slices of halloumi to the air fryer basket. Try to avoid packing them too closely together.
Fry the halloumi for 10 minutes, turning them over hallway through. They should be a nice golden colour on the outside once they’re done.
