
- 1 ciabatta loaf, sliced into approx. 12 slices
- 1-2 camembert
- 1 tbsp garlic puree
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 sprigs of thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper
STEP 1
Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
STEP 2
In a bowl, mix the oil, garlic puree, thyme leaves and seasoning. Mix consistently.
STEP 3
Lay your ciabatta slices out on a tray, and pour the mixture you have just made over both sides of the ciabatta slices.
STEP 4
Grill this for up to 4 minutes in batches. Repeat this until every slice is grilled consistently. Set the slices aside.
STEP 5
Turn the grill down to a medium heat and allow to cool slightly.
STEP 6
Grab your camembert and place this in the centre.
STEP 7
Grill this for 5 minutes until the cheese is loose and soft.
STEP 8
Slice open the camembert and place the ciabatta croutons on top and around the cheese and enjoy!
