- 2 Red apples
- 30g granola
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
STEP 1
Place apples in a microwave-safe baking dish. Cover with cling film with a small vent. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
STEP 2
Combine granola, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stuff into a cored apple then again cover with film, loosening one corner to vent. Microwave until apples are soft. Let sit 2 to 3 minutes before serving as they will be piping hot!
STEP 3
Perfect with ice cream or custard!
