
- 500ml water
- 1 x vegetable (or chicken) stock cube
- 100g onion
- 100g potato
- 200g carrots
- 1 tsp dried coriander
- 1 tsp ground coriander (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Single cream (optional)
STEP 1
Dice veg into 1cm cubes & add to the jar.
STEP 2
Add coriander to jar with olive oil.
STEP 3
Crumble stock cube into jar.
STEP 4
Add water without going past the 1.2L mark on the jug.
STEP 5
Blend until smooth.
STEP 6
Gently heat up until on the hob it's hot all the way through, stirring regularly.
STEP 7
Serve with swirl of fresh cream added to bowl.
