
- 20% Steak Mince (500g)
- Per 100g burger:
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
STEP 1
Weigh out your burgers (100g mince per burger).
STEP 2
Mix thoroughly with the other ingredients, roll into a ball and press a flat plate on each ball to give you a smash burger.
STEP 3
Cook on the barbecue... Simple!
(To note: Cooking times depend on thickness and heat of your BBQ. For a 100g burger, cook for approximately 4 minutes per side or until browned and slightly charred on each side.)

STEP 4
Serve in a toasted bun alongside your favourite garnishes and enjoy!
