
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 6 tablespoons of nut oil (groundnut, walnut, sesame etc)
- 50g walnuts (toasted)
- 125g fresh rocket leaves (any salad leaves will do)
- 100g Goat's cheese (pulled apart into small pieces)
- 20 + fresh figs halved
STEP 1
Gently roast walnuts in a hot pan until golden, be careful not to burn.
STEP 2
Combine the balsamic, nut oil and honey in a container, shake until mixed.
STEP 3
Arrange your ingredients on a large platter with figs and cheese on top.
STEP 4
Drizzle the salad dressing over the salad and serve with buttered crusty bread.
