
- 6 lasagne sheets, cooked
- 1 jar of tomato pasta sauce
- 225g package shredded mozzarella cheese
- 40g freshly shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 courgette, sliced
- 1 medium red bell peppers cut in 1” pieces
- ½ onion, cut into slices
- 1 and a ¼ tsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- ¼ tsp salt
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- Olive oil
STEP 1
Pre-heat the grill to 190 degrees Celsius.
STEP 2
Grab your sliced courgette, onions, and bell peppers and place onto the grill plate.
STEP 3
Sprinkle the salt and black pepper and cook for up to 5 minutes until the texture is tender. Remove vegetables and set aside.
STEP 4
In a bowl, mix both cheeses thoroughly.
STEP 5
Heat the pasta in a saucepan and then spread a third of it on the bottom of the ungreased baking plate. Add two of the lasagne sheets on top of this.
STEP 6
Add approximately a quarter vegetable mixture, topped by a quarter of the cheese.
STEP 7
Repeat this by layering alternately until the cheese is at the top of this pan.
STEP 8
Put the baking plate into the grill and close this lid.
STEP 9
Bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
STEP 10
Wait until the cheese has melted is golden, then enjoy!
