Honey and Mustard Grilled Pork Loin Steak

Grilled English Pork Recipe

  • 4 pork loin steaks
  • 2 tbsp. grain mustard
  • 80g honey
  • 50g dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Grab a bowl, and place in the mustard, honey, sugar, pepper, salt and olive oil and mix thoroughly.


Place your steaks onto a tray, grab your mixture and pour over the steaks evenly.


Cover the steaks with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge, anywhere from 2 hours to overnight.


Heat your grill to maximum.


When the grill reaches the right temperature, cook the steaks for up to 10 minutes, dependent on thickness and consistency of the meat. Note – make sure the juices run clearly before serving.


All done! Your steaks are ready to be served! We recommend serving alongside some seasonal vegetables and boiled potatoes.
