
- 4 pork loin steaks
- 2 tbsp. grain mustard
- 80g honey
- 50g dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
STEP 1
Grab a bowl, and place in the mustard, honey, sugar, pepper, salt and olive oil and mix thoroughly.
STEP 2
Place your steaks onto a tray, grab your mixture and pour over the steaks evenly.
STEP 3
Cover the steaks with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge, anywhere from 2 hours to overnight.
STEP 4
Heat your grill to maximum.
STEP 5
When the grill reaches the right temperature, cook the steaks for up to 10 minutes, dependent on thickness and consistency of the meat.
Note – make sure the juices run clearly before serving.
STEP 6
All done! Your steaks are ready to be served! We recommend serving alongside some seasonal vegetables and boiled potatoes.
