- 500g noodles
- 500g lean turkey mince
- ¾ cup green beans, 3-inch cut
- 1 asparagus bunch, trimmed and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 fresh red chilies, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 ½ tbsp tamari
STEP 1
Boil noodles in salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes until al dante.
STEP 2
Drain them, run cold water over them, and set them aside.
STEP 3
In a large skillet, heat oil.
STEP 4
Add the turkey mince and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes using a spoon by breaking it apart.
STEP 5
Add minced garlic, and cook for a minute.
STEP 6
Add bell peppers, asparagus, red chili, and beans.
STEP 7
Stir fry the vegetables for 3 minutes or until they are tender.
STEP 8
Add cooked noodles, tamari, and lime juice. Mix well over medium heat for a minute or two.
STEP 9
Add chopped basil leaves on top and serve.
