
- 3 sticks celery, sliced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 litre chicken stock
- Cream
STEP 1
Put celery, onions, potatoes and stock into the Swan Slow Cooker bowl.
STEP 2
Cook on HIGH for 6 hours, on LOW for 8 hours or on AUTO for at least 6 hours.
STEP 3
Blend until smooth and stir in 50ml cream. We recommend that you use a well flavoured stock and fresh ingredients to make the most delicious and healthy soups!
