- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste, unsalted
- 1/3 cup Sundried Tomatoes, with oil
- 4 Garlic cloves, roasted and cooled
- ½ White Onion, roasted and cooled
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 cup of Basil, fresh
- 1 tsp dried Oregano, or three sprigs of fresh oregano
- 2 cups of Vegetable Broth, low-sodium
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Sea Salt, to taste
- Grounded Black Pepper, to taste
STEP 1
Put all your ingredients into your blender and blend until they reach your desired consistency. The longer you blend the smoother the sauce.
STEP 2
For around 25 minutes, simmer the mixture and pour over your favourite pasta.
STEP 3
If you’re looking to make pizza sauce, simmer for a little longer until it reaches a thicker consistency.
