  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ green apple
  • ½ banana
  • 1 ½ cups of almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp superfood essentials vanilla plant-based protein
  • ½ tsp cinnamon, ground

STEP 1

Mix all ingredients in a blender and use until the texture is smooth.
